Beautiful UI License

This license covers the source code, styles, demos and documentation distributed through the Beautiful UI registries ("Items"). It is between you and Beautiful UI ("we").
Free Items
Free Items are licensed under the MIT License. You can use, copy, modify and distribute them, including commercially, as long as the copyright notice is kept in substantial portions.
Pro Items
Pro Items are licensed, not sold. With a pack, a system, or an active All-Access plan that covers them, you may:
- Use Pro Items in unlimited End Products for yourself, your employer or your clients.
- Modify Pro Items and combine them with other work.
- Keep using every Pro Item you installed, forever, even after an annual license ends.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense or share Pro Items, in source form or as a library, UI kit, template, theme, starter, design system or code generator, whether paid or free.
- Make Pro source publicly available, including in public repositories. Private repositories are fine, and so is the open-source exception below.
- Serve Pro Items to other people through your own registry, MCP server, code generator or AI agent that people outside your license can use.
- Share your registry keys or let people without a seat install Pro Items.
- Use Pro Items to build a product that competes with Beautiful UI.
What you build with Items is yours. No attribution or royalties are needed.

Open-source projects
You can include Pro Items in a public open-source app if they are a small part of it and the project is not itself a kit, template or component library. Mark those files as covered by the Beautiful UI License (a comment at the top is enough): they stay under this license, not your project's open-source license.
Client work
You can hand a client project over with Pro Items inside it. Your client can keep running and maintaining that project, but needs their own license to use Pro Items in new work.
An "End Product" is a website, app or software product where the Items are part of a larger work with its own value, not the primary thing being offered.
Who a license covers
A seat is for each person who installs or edits Pro source. Designers, reviewers and teammates who never touch Pro code do not need one. Seats can move when someone leaves, but not be shared.
An All-Access Lifetime license covers one company or studio, up to 10 developers, on unlimited projects, including client work. Each developer signs in with their own email. For more than 10 developers, email us. Licenses bought under earlier plans keep their terms.
AI tools
You may let AI coding assistants read and use Pro Items inside your own projects. You may not use Pro Items to train or fine-tune models, or put Pro source into datasets, prompt libraries or agents that other people can use to reproduce it.
Updates and lifetime
Updates come at our own pace; we may retire an Item, but never take back code you already have. "Lifetime" means for as long as Beautiful UI Pro is offered. If we ever stop, we will give 90 days' notice, and you keep everything you downloaded.
Transfer and companies
Licenses are not transferable without our OK; we are happy to move one if your company is acquired. If you buy for a company, you confirm you can agree to this license for it, and "you" means the company.
Demo content
Sample names, figures and logos in demos are there to show the Items. They are not licensed for your product.
Termination
Where a breach can be fixed, we will ask you to fix it first. If it isn't, your license ends and you must stop using Pro Items in new work; end products you already shipped in good faith are unaffected. A refund ends the license for the refunded Items in the same way.
No warranty
Items are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from their use.
