These terms govern your use of https://beautiful-ui.dev and the Beautiful UI registries, operated by Beautiful UI. By creating an account or buying a license you agree to them. If you buy for a company, you confirm you can agree for it.
Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account and registry keys secure; you are responsible for activity using them.
Purchases
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record: the seller of record for your purchase. Dodo Payments handles payment, billing, tax, invoices and payment-related customer service, and your purchase is also subject to its buyer terms. We never see or store your card details.
- Yearly plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Packs and themes are one-time payments. Single Items are not sold on their own.
- Sales are final. If something doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within 14 days of your report, we refund you in full, as described in the refund policy.
License
Your use of Items is governed by the Beautiful UI License.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to access Items you have not paid for, share tokens, scrape the Pro registry, or interfere with other users. Where the problem can be fixed, we will ask you first; we may suspend accounts that don't. If we ever close your account without cause, we refund you.
Support
Support covers Items as we ship them, not your app or your changes to them. Response times are goals, not guarantees.
Payment problems
If you are charged twice or by mistake, we refund in full. Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank: we answer quickly, and disputes cost a fee either way.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to customers at least 14 days in advance. The terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase, unless the law requires a change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. None of this limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
