Derived from the lit front panel of 1980s hi-fi
A visual operating system derived from the lit front panels of 1980s hi-fi: smoked glass, glowing cells and a filament of focus, carried through every component, chart, motion and sound. For product analytics on shadcn.

The story
Only what matters glows
Before screens were everywhere, the most carefully engineered interface in most homes was on the stereo. A filament behind smoked glass lit only what mattered, segment by segment; a level meter was a row of glowing cells, and everything else vanished into black.
Lumen Halo takes that language as its rules, not its decoration. Charts are made of cells, focus is a filament of light, live numbers roll like an odometer and the sounds are soft and exact, in every piece from a button to a dashboard. No fake screws, no retro fonts: the same discipline, rebuilt for software.
